Easy return. The conditions of application:
The procedure necessary for the return of all orders on Bluespirit has been conceived to simplify the client's activity as much as possible, thus speeding up the time for refund or replacement.

The return is guaranteed no later than one month from the delivery or collection in the store of the order paid online.

The product must be inserted correctly in the original packaging, in order to avoid possible damage to it, and placed inside a shipping box / padded envelope.

The return is free for all replacements with a product of similar, superior or inferior value (integrating or refunding the price difference).

The return with refund provides € 6.90 of shipping costs, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded, if you want to use the service that we provide with the GLS courier. This is not valid if you decide to use a courier at your convenience or in case of shipments abroad (see paragraph 3 of the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL).
How to activate the return procedure on Bluespirit

Log in to the site

Enter the "My orders" section

Click on the order containing the product or products to be returned

Under the "Item detail” section you will find the product of interest and with the "Return this item" button you will enter the "Return authorization request form".

Choose the type of return: replacement or refund

Motivates the request in the appropriate section "Reason for return"

If you wish to replace the item with another product, enter the product code with which to replace it in the "Reason for Return" section or notify our staff at [email protected], together with the order number and your data.
