Bluespirit Card - Official Rules

PROMOTER

TYPE OF EVENT WITH PRIZES
Initiative with prizes (hereinafter also referred to as Initiative).

TERRITORIAL AREA
The Initiative will be valid for all purchasing activities carried out within the e-commerce website identified with www.bluespirit.com and belonging to D.i.p. - Diffusione Italiana Preziosi S.p.A. and for all purchasing activities throughout the national territory of the Italian Republic concerning Bluespirit points of sale belonging to D.i.p. - Diffusione Italiana Preziosi S.p.A. participating in the initiative (hereinafter referred to as Stores), recognizable through the sign displayed.

DURATION 
From 01/10/2017 to 31/12/2018

PRODUCTS OBJECT OF THE INITIATIVE
All products on display for sale via web within the e-commerce site identified with www.bluespirit.com (hereinafter Bluespirit site) and all products on sale within the Bluespirit points of sale (participating in the initiative).

RECIPIENTS OF THE INITIATIVE WITH PRIZES 
The initiative will be open to all consumers, of age, who make a request for the BS Card on the Bluespirit website, without obligation of 1st purchase, through the release of the required data to all consumers, of age, who request the activation of the Bluespirit Card and make at least 1 purchase in the Bluespirit shops (participating in the initiative).

PURPOSE 
This Regulation governs the initiative with prizes linked to the loyalty card named  'Bluespirit card'.

OPERATING METHODS OF THE EVENT - NATURE, VALUE, DEADLINE FOR DELIVERY OF PRIZES 

During the period of the initiative, all customers who purchase Products displayed on the Bluespirit website from 01/10/2017 to 31/12/2018, or purchase in a shop with Bluespirit sign (physical store that participates in the initiative) for every euro of products purchased, will accrue 1 point that will be credited to the Bluespirit Card of the customer. One euro paid is equivalent to 1 point. The points will be accumulated during all the months of validity of the initiative.

Upon reaching the threshold of 500 points, customers can request the issuance of prizes, identified as "Vouchers" of a value equal to 10% of the value of points earned. The issuance of vouchers can be requested by the customer at any time, by December 31, 2018, to reach a minimum of 500 points credited. The vouchers must be requested by the customers and physically delivered by the Bluespirit Stores at the time the customer makes a request; each voucher will be worth 10.00 euros and can be used for purchases both within the Bluespirit shop and for purchases on the website www.bluespirit.com.

If the vouchers are requested on the website www.bluespirit.com, the virtual wallet will count the value of the accrued voucher that must be spent with a purchase at the same time as the conversion, then a single step of conversion + use. Once you have obtained the vouchers or the value of the voucher in the virtual wallet, corresponding to the value accrued, the points accrued and used in the Bluespirit card will be reset to zero, and you can start to accrue new points, always within the limits of validity of the initiative.

The vouchers requested by 31/12/2018 will be spendable within the Bluespirit website at the same time as the conversion and then by 31/12/2018; the vouchers requested in the store can be used within the Bluespirit stores or on the website by 31 March 2019. The voucher may only be used once, after which it will be withdrawn from the shops and invalidated. The vouchers can also be used cumulatively up to the maximum value from the purchase; they do not give the right to return money in cash. The vouchers requested in the Bluespirit shop can be sold to others and in any case used only once. The vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of Products that are already the subject of promotional offers within the Stores or the Bluespirit website (discounts, promotional sales, sales, gold exchange, etc etc.).


Please note that:
The "Bluespirit card" activated in the Bluespirit site will be virtually sent by email with a pdf confirmation to the email address of the customer, containing the identification code of the BS Card. This identification code of the BS Card, will be required on the website and in the store to be able to credit the points earned at each purchase. The Bluespirit card activated in the Bluespirit shop will be physically delivered at the same time as a purchase of a Product made in the participating shops. The personal data of customers who wish to join the "Bluespirit card" initiative will be requested, by filling in a special form and signing the consent for membership. The card is identified by a code linked to the customer's data. The card is not transferable to third parties and can only be used by holders.


PRIZES
The points collected are valid for 12 months from the time of accreditation to the BS Card. When you reach 500 points (minimum threshold for receiving vouchers) and start to convert points into vouchers, you will use the oldest points (with LIFO method). The remaining points within the Card will continue to be accumulated until they are redeemed and vouchers are requested again. Points have a total validity of 12 calendar months from the time of credit (linked to the date of purchase). After the total of 12 calendar months, unused points will be reset to zero. The prize, i.e. the purchase voucher, must be used to make purchases at www.Bluespirit.com. The vouchers are not convertible into cash and do not give right to change in cash. They can be integrated with other forms of payment. In case of loss, they will not be refunded.

FINAL PROVISIONS 
The promoting company reserves the right to modify, even partially and in any way, the modalities of participation in this Initiative, giving adequate notice, not introducing worse changes and safeguarding the rights already acquired by the participants. These Regulations governing the initiative are available at the registered office of the Promoter and can be viewed in the appropriate section of the website www.Bluespirit.com.
